Jen Cortum has joined Waterman Industries in the role of Human Resource Manager.
Cortum will be responsible for the guidance and management of all Human Resource services, policies, and programs that will provide a productive employee-oriented culture that emphasizes Waterman’s core values.
Cortum received her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University. She has since been involved in a number of related associations and volunteer activities including her membership in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2005. She has served as Chapter President of SHRM of Tulare/Kings County since July of 2016, and prior to that was a State Chairperson with the Arizona Foster Care Review Board. She brings over 15 years of experience in organizational and employee development, recruitment and retention, conflict resolution, change management, benefits management, labor and employee relations, and workplace compliance/safety to her new assignment.

Cortum will be based out at Waterman’s worldwide engineering and manufacturing center in Exeter, California.
