Waterman Industries has promoted Ramiro Mendoza to the position of Continuous Improvement Manager/Assistant Plant Manager.
Mr. Mendoza will collaborate with a cross-functional team of managers to optimize Waterman’s production processes to meet the highest standards for quality and timely delivery.
Mr. Mendoza brings almost 20 years of experience to his current position, with 6 of those years devoted to Waterman Industries.
In youth, his involvement in Future Farmers of America at Reedley High School sparked his in the world of agriculture and the use of technology for more efficient resource management. Prior to joining Waterman, Mendoza held a series of progressive responsibilities in welding, drafting, and project engineering at HydroGate.
Ramiro Mendoza will be based out at Waterman’s worldwide engineering and manufacturing center in Exeter, California.
