Management Acquisition of Waterman Industries with Central Valley Fund

This new financial partnership, along with a stronger banking relationship, will provide the financial strength and executive leadership to lead Waterman to the next level in their business performance. Waterman’s management team will continue to be led by CEO Ken Mikesell and CFO Mike Rogers, who have been leading the company’s daily operations since 2011/2012.
